admin In March, 2010, Mr. O’Neill successfully represented a worker who works in the home improvement/garden center of large retail company in obtaining a Board order reversing a Department order which had rejected her claim that her left shoulder condition was work related. Surgery and additional treatment are now covered. Docket numbers 08-16316 and 09-11675.

Effective March 31st, 2010 Mr. O’Neill resigned his position as City Attorney for the City of Castle Rock, Washington. He had been serving the City in that capacity for over nineteen years.
