On May 27, 2012 Mr. O’Neill’s client, 48 year old man suffering from shoulder problems and several mental health issues, including depression and a personality disorder, was awarded disability benefits. These benefits were awarded following a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge even though there had been a history of drug abuse and decision in 2009 by an Administrative Law Judge denying such benefits. The claim is now being processed.

This claim is now being processed for payments.
