admin On May 27, 2012 Mr. O’Neill’s client, 48 year old man suffering from shoulder problems and several mental health issues, including depression and a personality disorder, was awarded disability benefits. These benefits were awarded following a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge even though there had been a history of drug abuse and decision in 2009 by an Administrative Law Judge denying such benefits. The claim is now being processed.
On May 27, 2012 Mr. O’Neill’s client, a 40 year woman suffering from multiple sclerosis and recent alcohol abuse, was awarded disability benefits. These benefits were awarded following a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. This claim is now being processed for payments to the client.

These benefits were awarded following a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. The woman had attempted to continue to work part-time while the hearing was pending but the Judge was persuaded that the work did not meet the standards for “significant gainful” employment. This claim is now being processed for payments.
