On October 3, 2011, Tom O’Neill’s client won a U.S. District Court order reversing and remanding an Administrative Law Judge’s decision denying her application for Social Security Disability benefits. She is 49 years old and suffers from multiple impairments, including right shoulder, neck and low back degenerative changes, depression and fibromyalgia. The U.S. District Court has ordered the Social Security Administration to properly follow the law in evaluating her symptoms.
