A 9 year old child with anxiety, elements of mood disorder, autistic behavior, inattention, and aggression.

A 56 year old woman with severe foraminal stenosis, bilateral lower extremity polyneuropathy, and depression.

A 34 year old woman with mood disorder, depression, cardiology, and mild mental retardation.

A 57 year old with Hep C, major depression, adjustment disorder, PTSD, and headaches.
