Tom O’Neill’s clients receive substantial payments for injuries.

April 12, 2011 and May 12, 2011.

Mr. O’Neill’s client was successful on a worker’s compensation appeal. His client will receive permanent partial disability payments for injuries sustained to his client’s shoulders.

May 18, 2011.

Mr. O’Neill represented his workman’s compensation client who will receive a retroactive payment of time-loss benefits of more than $57,000. In addition to the time-loss benefits his client will also have the cost of the surgery covered by industrial insurance.
